Midway Ranches Property Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit Colorado Corporation.  The Association dues are $25.00 per home, per month, $2 Office Fee and $25 Water Availability.  All homes pay the same dues amount.  Dues are payable on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 10th of each month, where a $20.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs July to June.
